As part of the Conference, participants are offered, for the first time, the opportunity to present their work through an Asynchronous Presentation, providing greater flexibility in showcasing and disseminating their work.
Authors may prepare their presentation in the form of a video or a PowerPoint Show (ppsx), with or without recorded narration, allowing them to make full use of their time and creativity in effectively presenting their work.
Asynchronous Presentations may have a duration of up to 5 minutes and will be displayed during specially designated parallel thematic sessions. Presentation titles and screening times will be included in the official Conference program.
Asynchronous Presentations are fully equivalent to Oral Presentations and will be included in the Conference’s scientific program on equal terms. Furthermore, they will remain available for viewing through the Conference website both during and after the Conference, enhancing the visibility and dissemination of the scientific work presented.
Detailed technical specifications and submission guidelines for Asynchronous Presentations will be provided to authors upon acceptance of their submissions.
