ACCOMMODATION

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made to ERA Ltd in writing.
For cancellation received by September 30th, 2020, 30% cancellation fee charge will apply, calculated on the total amount of accommodation expenses.
For cancellation received between October 1st – October 8th, 2020, 50% cancellation fee charge will apply, calculated on the total amount of accommodation expenses.
From October 9th, 2020 accommodation refunds will not be possible.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Registrations are valid upon payment n package
Full payment for accommodation package payable to ERA Ltd, is required in order to confirm your Hotel Reservation

METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR REGISTRATION / ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE

Payment can be effected either:

• By bank remittance stating the meeting’s title, as well as the name of the participant:
  To Alpha Bank to the order of ERA Ltd Account No: 101.00.2002044307, IBAN Code: GR 660140 1010101002002044307
  Charges to be paid by sender
  Please enclose a copy of transfer receipt with the form.
• By major credit cards. Please complete the relevant information at Registration/Reservation form
  Written confirmation will be sent by ERA Ltd, upon receiving your Registration form.
